I warn you right this instance; I am millions of miles away from being normal; I have special, extraordinary and an exclusive superpower – Every time I locate an overflowing bin it causes me to immediately to turn into a wild, fuming and unmanageable maniac. Scarily, I’m not the only one in my community who appears to be out of the ordinary as everybody seems to be suffering from blindness and a loss of sense, I’m no doctor but the symptoms are utterly clear as I’ve witnessed an endless amount of people who casually walk past a colossal, enormous and monstrous heap of rubbish and somehow are skilfully able to pile more rubbish on top. Are they actually brainless? Oh dear, you don’t know how many times I’ve hoped to wake up each morning and happily say it was only a dream – hah, I wish. To even make it worse, 75% of the rubbish absurdly thrown away is recyclable, can you believe it? I assume people think the world’s limited resources are free, great.
I feel awfully ill-fated that my senses are working wholly – this means that I have to put up with the rotten, disintegrating and nauseating stench which appears to attract bugs and insects across the globe, you can witness the deadly strength of the aroma travelling along Hounslow due to the laziness, blindness and stupidity of the dustbin men that haven’t laid a finger since being hired- everyday I walk across the pavement with the hope that the rubbish has been taken and sorted, instead I notice a few dustbin men having an never-ending conversation on the side of the street, day after day I get the completely same answer to my question regarding the rubbish bins, it’s like watching something on repeat – “Don’t worry love, it’ll be done soon, no need to worry” – Oh, it’s okay, I’m sorry; I’ve been worrying for nothing, it’s only been a few hundred years since the rubbish has been taken out, my apologies. Have you absolutely gone out of your mind!? Words cannot describe how completely infuriated, enraged and disgusted I am to see Hounslow being torn piece, by piece due to the carelessness around us.
However, it’s not entirely correct to blame this all on the bin men, Have you seen the vast amounts of packaging idiotically used? For instance, the dinner ladies at Lampton School are absolutely, preposterous - It feels like Christmas everyday in the dinner hall as I struggle to unravel the packaging that was needlessly wrapped excessively over and over again, honestly, do they think they’re wrapping Christmas presents? Despite many of the quantities of food providing its own natural wrapping, they’re wrapped endlessly in plastic. But where does all this waste go? Into the bin of course, the school feels that it’s more important to provide pointless packaging rather than investing in recycle bins. Ridiculous. Completely and utterly ridiculous!
And, Litter; don’t even get me started about litter. Streets, gutters, sidewalks, grassy places and alleys, you can look absolutely anywhere; there will always be dirty, ghastly and horrendous litter everywhere that covers the beautiful landscape of Hounslow. If it’s not in one of the soaking, swarming and flooding bins, it’ll be just laying there on the contaminated floor. Whenever I’m walking (which is quite rare due to lack of cleanliness); it’s absolutely necessary for me to have to watch where I take each and every step to avoid some of the gunk, gooey and sticky unknown substances from clinging onto my shoes. Who knows? They might even carry deadly diseases seeing as how they’re just left there for eternity. This is one of the things that completely tick me off, the inconsiderate trait amongst many people who cannot be bothered to walk a few meters’ to throw their waste away.
Oh, and about the council, wait what council!? Is it their job to bathe in the tax payer’s money and pretend everything’s okay? They must be heading in the right direction, in this case. I haven’t seen a single thing being altered for the better for years, and years. I can’t just sit at home like a lemon and pretend its all okay; because in reality, because we all know it isn’t. As a taxpayer, I want to see my money being used wisely – I’m getting extremely impatient after waiting for years on end for something to happen. Let’s admit it, we can’t carry on surviving through the waste, garbage and junk that is piling throughout Hounslow – as I’m sure you’ll agree, something needs to be done NOW. I’m sick of waiting and anticipating for something to occur, but quite obviously, nothing at all has been done.
The government has always encouraged everyone to recycle, they spend enormous amounts of money to build campaigns and adverts related to recycling. Yet, they lack an endless amount of resources that are absolutely vital, to help people recycle. For instance, I haven’t seen one recycle bin around my school premises; this angers me right to the bone. Why does the head of the school expect everyone to recycle as much as we can? Honestly, she truly needs to open her eyes wide open to notice one of the main problems within this school. It’s a fact; we can’t recycle if we don’t have the supplies to do so. Honestly! Do they think the resources are going to come falling from the sky? This is thoroughly outrageous.
If I were the prime minister, which is an incredibly pleasant thought. I would invest much, much more into vital resources such as, compost and recycle bins. I would also enforce a rule among the dustbin men to make sure they do their job to their full ability – no more little chitchats on the side of the road I’m afraid. I would also make it illegal to use excessive packaging pointlessly on items; Come on, Items do not need to be wrapped again, and again, and again (well, you get the point) in plastic, do you think plastic is free? Together, we can change the world into a much, more pleasant place where you don’t have to watch every step you’re taking. On top of all this, I would use the money that was utilized for useless, pointless and time-wasting advertisements, and use it to reward people for recycling; if money’s involved, I’m positive that this will encourage much more people to recycle. Litter, I’ve got the perfect solution for litter – I would enforce a law to make it unacceptable for people to throw rubbish anywhere other than the bin. I’ve waited way too long for change to occur; perhaps today’s the day for change. Ramandeep for prime minister.

Week 9
In week 9, I finished my report completely by adding a few final touches to it - attempting to make it look a little better. I then started my invitation for the staff and governors at school, I haven't managed to finish it yet, hopefully next week i'll be able to, Mr Gill told us to take our time on it, which i'm doing anyway, He gave me a few ideas to make it look for someone of that age, e.g. I started it off by saying "You're cordially invited". And by also including that there will be champagne and cocktail.

Week 8
In week 8, we started using the database we made and had to make 3 queries, I made an educational, leisure and amusement trips - near or in London, I made a few silly mistakes such as saving it in forms rather than queries. After I had finished my queries we had to make a report for each one to make it look good and simpler for someone to use/look at. I managed to finish it all. My favourite part was designing.

Week 7
In week 7, we looked at the topic - database, It was slightly challenging because we had to make one of our own (using a video tutorial). I got most of it done with no problems and had enough time to help other people. We also had to look at the key things about a database - the records and fields. Before we had to make our own database, we had to make an example, just to understand how it works. There was alot of information in the database, our task was to make it simpler, so the user cannot see all the information, only the simpler database we showed.

Week 7
In week 7 we started to do our trips report, I had a few problems and Mr gill came and helped me. I managed to finish everything quickly. I spent the rest of my time seeing if i had done it correctly as i wasn't sure, Mr Gill pointed out some problems in my chart - I hadn't labeled them! I fixed them. I also struggled slightly through the trips report, but I got through it. I spent the rest of my time helping Afza.

Week 6
In week 6, we finished off our spreadsheet of our survey results, I managed to finish it but had a slight problem with the code, Mr.Gill helped me and showed how to write out the code, and after that I had no problems at all with the spreadsheet. After I had finished the spreadsheet, I then began making graphs for the results so then I could compare the choices with the boys and girls, and how the more educational trips were rated then the less educational ones.

Week 5
In week 5, We started making our own spreadsheet to record the survey results, It took me a while to get started - I think it was the first time I made my own spreadsheet because in year 8 and 7, We had a spreadsheet already made, I got the hang of it after a while when Mr.Gill helped me and told me how to make a table for the spreadsheet. I enjoyed making my own spreadsheet, and I wouldn't mind doing it again. I also colour coded mine to make it easier Pink if it's a girl and Blue if it's a boy.
